Nancy Bugwadia

Co-Owner/COO

Nancy brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a lifelong passion for community engagement. Since joining the Centers full-time in 2022, she has partnered with local parent groups, hosted school Math Nights, and created a vibrant, fun-filled atmosphere at Mathnasium. 

She holds a BS in Microbiology and an MS in Clinical Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. Nancy is known for bringing warmth and energy to the center. When she’s not supporting students and families, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Kai Jacklin

Assistant Center Manager

Kai joined the Mountain View–Los Altos team in 2024 and was immediately drawn to Mathnasium’s personalized and student-centered approach. With a B.A. in Digital Media from UC Santa Cruz, Kai brings creativity and enthusiasm to every session. 

Inspired by peers and family members who’ve struggled with math, Kai is passionate about helping students reach their goals and thrive in school. With a natural talent for teaching, Kai is committed to making math accessible, engaging, and even fun.

Glynda Myer

General Manager

Glynda holds a degree in Math Education from UC Santa Cruz and has been with Mathnasium of Campbell–Los Gatos for over a decade. With extensive classroom training and a deep understanding of teaching strategies, she brings insight and care to every student interaction. 

Now serving as General Manager, Glynda leads the teams at Campbell–Los Gatos, Mountain View–Los Altos, and Willow Glen. She’s passionate about helping students understand the “why” behind math and has seen firsthand the powerful impact of individualized instruction.

Amy Bugwadia

Consultant

Amy has been involved in Mathnasium for over a decade, through her family's Mathnasium Centers in Mountain View-Los Altos and Campbell-Los Gatos. She previously served as Center Manager for the Mountain View-Los Altos Center, and although she is currently a medical student at Stanford, she is excited to still involved in the behind-the-scenes strategic and educational planning. From everything from instructing to running the day-to-day operations, she has seen firsthand the incredible impact that Mathnasium can make in the lives of students and staff alike. Throughout her time in undergraduate and graduate school, Amy has taught in a variety of different settings, from classrooms to clinics, and worked with a range of students, from 18-month-olds to graduate students. She loves the dynamic, personalized environment at Mathnasium, where all students (no matter what their current math abilities or confidence) are equipped with the tools, encouragement, and motivation to succeed!
