Gerry retired from Corporate life at the end of 2021. He has a B.S. degree in Quantitative Methods (statistics) from the University of Illinois-Chicago and spent his early career as an Actuary working for a national insurance company. Upon changing companies, he entered the Information Technology field and was fortunate enough to be at the forefront of many technological innovations over the following 30+ years; rising to the level of Vice President of Application Development and Director of Business Continuity. Having tutored his own children, and having a life long love of math, he is happy to have the opportunity to give back to our youngest generation at Mathnasium!
Kashyap has been with Mathnasium for 8 months and is currently pursuing his Computer Science degree at Harper College. He’s skilled in coding and proficient in teaching math through the high school level. Passionate about programming and always eager to learn, Kashyap enjoys reading books on coding and technology. His patient and thoughtful teaching style helps students build strong problem-solving skills and confidence.
