Q: What has become easier for you since you started coming to Mathnasium?
A: Katie says that fractions used to get her very upset but it has become easier for her since. In her latest assessment, Katie really shows that her various fractional concepts and skills have improved significantly.
Q: What is your favorite Mathnasium Memory?
A: Katie says that her favorite memory was when she finally earned and saved up to 50 reward cards to redeem the gigantic Hello Kitty squishmallow. She says that it reminded her of how many pages she had to work in order to get it, and it's super fulfilling and rewarding to her.
Q: What has been your favorite lesson at Mathnasium?
A: Katie says that her favorite lesson was about percents and converting percents into decimals and fractions, as it was really helping her a lot in her class.
Q: Do you feel different at math class since you’ve been coming to Mathnasium?
A: Katie told us that her confidence really gets a huge boost after coming to Mathnasium. She said that she used to be very afraid answering questions in her math class, but now she does not hesitate to raise her hand to answer. She also feels that she's getting the questions correct more often in her class.
Q: What is the greatest benefit you see in your child after enrolling them at Mathnasium?
A: "Over the course of the next year, I have watched her confidence and understanding in math concepts grow by leaps and bounds. My favorite is to see my child's confidence grow beyond just math and into other areas of her life as well."
