Ryan, an Idaho native and valedictorian of Fruitland High School, is pursuing a mathematics degree with a secondary education emphasis at Boise State University. His journey with Mathnasium began over five years ago as an instructor, progressing to Center Director.
Before joining Mathnasium, Ryan served as a substitute teacher and enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he honed his problem-solving skills as a Company Communications Specialist. He is passionate about helping students truly understand math and enjoys spending time with his wife, watching movies, and playing video games.
Faith discovered her love for math during her junior year of high school while taking Calculus I. This passion led her to pursue a mathematics degree at Boise State University. She has experience teaching math concepts to preschoolers and has been involved in choir, performing in Washington and Florida.
Outside of Mathnasium, Faith enjoys going to the gym, drawing, and caring for her six pets—two dogs, two cats, and two chickens. She finds joy in witnessing students gain confidence in their math abilities.
Bailey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in IT Management from Babson College. She has taught Math 1 and Math 2 at Caldwell High School and completed an AmeriCorps year tutoring in a Boston public K-8 school.
Her academic background includes advanced math courses such as Calculus 3 and Statistics. Bailey is also a Girl Scouts Gold Award recipient and has been involved in FIRST Robotics and Opera Idaho. She enjoys singing karaoke and is an avid reader, having read 145 books last year.
Ashlyn is a junior at Northwest Nazarene University, majoring in Math Secondary Education. She has completed up to Calculus III and particularly enjoyed College Algebra and Calculus I. Ashlyn is actively involved in campus life, serving as the Student Organizations Coordinator and participating in the Swing Dance Club and Wind Ensemble.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like running, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, and kayaking, as well as reading and playing musical instruments, including the flute, piccolo, bass, piano, and ukulele.
Reed earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Boise State University. With over 25 years of experience as an engineering and operations executive at companies like Hewlett Packard, Quantum, and Iomega, Reed transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Matchbin (now Radiate Media).
Active in the Utah technology community, he served on the Governor's Technology Initiative Advisory Board, promoting funding for engineering programs at Utah universities. Reed is committed to helping children develop strong math skills, preparing them for successful careers in various fields.
Dan has always had a passion for helping people achieve their potential and a calling to teach math. After high school, he served 22 years in the US Air Force in many countries, leading thousands of men and women and managing a wide range of logistics programs, including the US President’s Air Force One fleet communications requirements. He retired to spend more time with his wife and 6 children and to begin a lifelong dream of teaching math. He was voted Teacher of the Year by his high school students and earned 100% top ratings as a private tutor. Meanwhile, he was searching for why math seemed so easy to people in other countries but was such a challenge to many Americans. He found the answer at Mathnasium and immediately joined in helping all students gain a true number sense and life-long confidence in math. He has taught, tutored and coached thousands of youth all his adult life. Dan and his team are committed to helping students grow their math skill, giving them the confidence to be or do whatever they want in life!
Fun Fact: I played D&D as a kid and am addicted to basketball and chess.
Favorite Number: 7, It’s how many sisters I have and how many Treasure Valley Mathnasiums I want to open (4 so far)!
Education: I Graduated from Banks High School, Oregon, and hold associate degrees in electronics engineering technology and aircraft maintenance technology, a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, and three master's degrees related to my Air Force career.

Clint Brown spent the first 16+ years of his career working in marketing and advertising. From the small software start up to the $100M advertising agency, Clint has helped companies of various sizes grow and succeed. Clint has been involved with Mathnasium for several years and loves the rewarding experience of helping kids of all ages build math confidence.
Clint currently resides in Utah with his wife and 3 kids. Clint loves being in the outdoors hiking, canyoneering, skiing and more. He enjoys watching college football and cheering on the football team from the University of Utah.
Fun Fact: Clint summited Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. Which reaches an elevation of 19,341'.
Education: Clint holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Utah.
Why I love Mathnasium: Helping kids realize that they can do math is one of the most rewarding things I've had the opportunity to experience in my career. Seeing a student gain confidence in their ability to do math can be life changing and working at Mathnasium allows me to see that happen every day.
