Re-open for In-Center Math Tutoring

We have opened our doors for in-center instruction this July! 

We do have some new protocols to make sure our team and students stay safe and healthy. 

Prior to arriving at the center: Please make sure the answer to all of these questions is NO

  • Is my temperature over 100°F?
  • Do I or anyone in my household have cold or flu-like symptoms?
  • Have I or anyone in my household been exposed to someone with cold or flu-like symptoms, or a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past fourteen days?

Social Distancing

  • At all times, please maintain a distance of 6 ft between you and other students
  • Students must wear a mask at all times in the center
  • Please drop off & pick up only outside the front of the center.
  • Appointment must be made prior to arrival for capacity planning

Hygiene Protocols

  • Wash your hands with warm water and soap when you arrive (for at least 20 seconds)
  • Our instructors will be checking in/out on tablets on behalf of the students
  • Please leave your binder on the table at the end of your session for us to disinfect prior returning it to the shelf
  • No sharing of student materials, including pencils
  • Water cooler is not available

Cleaning & Disinfecting

  • High-touch areas, including door handles, will be wiped down regularly
  • In event of a positive case, the center will be shut down for a deep cleaning and disinfecting of the workplace
