Maggie earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Fairfield University and has dedicated her career to education. She taught honors algebra and pre-algebra for 12 years, preparing students for advanced high school math placement. Maggie also led technology instruction, supported school tech needs, and advised math, peer tutoring, and Rubik’s Cube clubs.
Her passion for helping children build confidence in math inspired her to open Mathnasium. Maggie is active in community theater and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Ethan is a composer, performer, and educator with a strong foundation in music theory and mathematics. He studies Audio Production at Western Connecticut State University and explores the connection between math and music in his creative work, including original electronic compositions inspired by number patterns.
Ethan enjoys helping students discover how math appears in everyday life and creative fields. He brings patience, curiosity, and enthusiasm to each session, encouraging students to think critically and approach challenges with confidence.
Daniel Morava is currently a student at the University of Connecticut, studying Biology in premed to get into medical school. Eventually, he hopes to study ophthalmology to become an eye doctor.
