Naveen Bansal

Head Instructor

Naveen holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Wehr Endowed Professor at Marquette University. He has loved mathematics since childhood and enjoys teaching both professionally and as a personal passion. 

Naveen believes mindset plays a critical role in learning math and that every student can succeed with the right approach. At Mathnasium, he focuses on building confidence, reshaping attitudes, and helping students understand math in a meaningful way. 

Caroline Mohr

Instructor

Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. During graduate school, she served as a teaching assistant for General Chemistry and discovered her passion for teaching. 

She enjoys helping students reason through challenging concepts and celebrates the moment understanding clicks. Caroline values Mathnasium’s positive environment and is committed to supporting students as they build confidence and stronger problem-solving skills. 

Elizabeth Hilber

Instructor

Elizabeth is a freshman at Alverno College majoring in Elementary and Middle Education. She graduated summa cum laude from New Berlin Eisenhower High School and has always enjoyed helping classmates, especially in math. 

Elizabeth is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential. She brings enthusiasm, patience, and encouragement to every session, supporting students as they build skills and confidence in a welcoming learning environment.

Sylvia Li

Hi, I'm Sylvia, a New Berlin Eisenhower High School junior. I'm passionate about helping students understand and discover the joys of mathematics, and I look forward to collaborating with them to help build their confidence and skills. In the future, I hope to continue my mathematics learning in a STEM-related field. While not studying, I enjoy playing piano and getting lost in a good book. I can't wait to share my love of math with others and help them succeed!


Khuslen Gan-Ochir

Hello, I’m Khuslen, a senior at Eisenhower High School. At school, I’m a member of the National Honor Society and the French Honor Society, and I am currently taking pre-calculus. I’ve always enjoyed math and problem-solving, and I love explaining concepts to others in ways that really make them click.

Outside of academics, I’m passionate about music, literature, and video games. In college, I plan to major in computer science and later work in tech-related fields. I look forward to helping your students grow their skills and succeed!


Lukas Tonkovic

I chose to become a Mathnasium Instructor because I truly enjoy math and helping others succeed. I am currently enrolled in AP Pre-Calculus and have consistently earned A’s or higher in all of my previous math classes. Hello! My name is Belgutei, and I’m a junior at New Berlin Eisenhower. I'm a high honor roll student and part of the National Honor Society and the French Honor Society. I've always liked math since I was a kid, and I'm currently taking AP Calculus AB. I've always thought that math would supplement my goal of majoring in computer science, so I'm happy to be working at the Mathnasium of New Berlin. I look forward to working with you and helping Math support your future!

Meenakshi Pradeep

Hi! I'm Meenakshi Pradeep, and I'm excited to be an instructor at the same Mathnasium center where I was once a student. As a 17-year-old, I know how important it is to make math engaging and fun, and I'm here to help your students build confidence in their skills. Outside of teaching, I love to dance and sing, and I'm working toward a future career in science or medicine. Math has always been a big part of my life, and I'm thrilled to share that passion with others. I'm dedicated to making math less intimidating and more approachable for every student.

Brian Conway

Instructor

Brian recently joined the Mathnasium of New Berlin and brings both academic depth and a passion for teaching to our team. He is currently a graduate student in biology at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is exploring the possibility of pursuing a second master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Marquette University.

With a strong command of mathematics—from foundational arithmetic through Calculus—Brian excels at helping students build confidence, develop problem‑solving skills, and experience those exciting “aha!” moments when challenging concepts finally click.

Outside the classroom, Brian is a creative and curious learner. He enjoys sketching, sculpting clay models, hiking scenic trails, and birdwatching.

Jake Plahmer

Hello, my name is Jake, and I’m a junior at New Berlin Eisenhower. I’ve always had a passion for math and have earned consistent A’s throughout my academic career. I’m currently enrolled in AP Precalculus and am an active member of DECA and my school’s Computer Science Club.

I’ve always believed that a strong foundation in math is essential for anyone striving to achieve their dream profession, including my own goal of studying engineering in college. I look forward to working with your child and helping them pursue their dreams through strong math support.
