Hermann Schulze

Owner/Operator, Career Coach

Hermann Schulze is the Owner and Operator of Mathnasium of New Orleans. He is also a certified career coach, speaker, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team and founder of CareerThink. 

Hermann is certified in top assessments like DISC and The Highlands Ability Battery. His passion for mentorship and student development makes him a strong leader, and he is committed to helping students thrive through math mastery and career exploration.

Jennifer

Florida

Jennifer is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans and has been an instructor since 2016. She believes math is a vital part of education and enjoys making it accessible and engaging. 

Jennifer loves working with students and helping them grow. Outside of Mathnasium, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family. 

Rebecca Robb

Development Director

Rebecca Robb is the Staff Development Director, Performance Coach, and student success partner for both Mathnasium of New Orleans and CareerTh!nk. With a strong foundation in behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and certified SUCCESS® Coaching, Rebecca specializes in helping one to understand their unique strengths — then use those strengths to excel academically, personally, and professionally.

Her work across Mathnasium and CareerTh!nk gives students a rare combination of academic support, career clarity, and personal development, making her an invaluable guide for families navigating the transitions from middle school to high school, college, and early adulthood.

Larisa Klimas

Center Director / Lead Instructor

Larisa is a longtime Lead Instructor and currently serves as the acting Center Director at Mathnasium of New Orleans. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in December 2023. 

Originally from Russia, Larisa discovered in high school that she had a talent for helping others gain confidence in math. She enjoys seeing students achieve their goals and loves being part of their success story.
