Dr. Robin Pathak is the Center Director of Mathnasium of North Arlington and a passionate advocate for children, education, mathematics, and STEM learning. He believes that a strong foundation in mathematics does far more than improve grades—it develops confidence, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to succeed in an increasingly technology-driven world.
With more than 18 years of professional experience, Dr. Pathak brings expertise spanning education, workforce development, leadership development, training, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and career development. His extensive work connecting education with workforce needs gives him a distinctive perspective: he understands not only what students need to succeed academically today, but also the knowledge, confidence, and skills they will need for college and tomorrow’s careers.
Dr. Pathak also brings experience in higher education as a professor at Texas Woman’s University, giving him firsthand insight into student development and the transition from education to professional success. His career has included leadership and professional experience with major healthcare organizations and the United Nations.
Academically, Dr. Pathak earned his PhD from the University of North Texas, with a focus on human resources and artificial intelligence. He also holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom.
For Dr. Pathak, however, impressive credentials matter most when they are used to make a difference in a child’s life. As Center Director, he is committed to being actively engaged with students, families, instructors, and the day-to-day success of the center.
He believes the engineers, physicians, scientists, technology innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of tomorrow are sitting in classrooms today. His mission at Mathnasium of North Arlington is to help each student strengthen their mathematical foundation, discover their potential, and develop the confidence to dream bigger.
For Dr. Pathak, Mathnasium is not simply about teaching math. It is about building confident learners and preparing children for a future filled with possibilities.
Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.
