Barrett K.

Barrett K.

Center Director
Barrett graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors in Economics, and is super excited to bring a fun and challenging learning environment to students of all ages! Math has always been his favorite subject and he is ready to help students reach their potential and build confidence along the way! Prior to working at Mathnasium, Barrett worked at a summer camp in Texas, as well as working as a hockey coach! In his free time, he can usually be found in the gym, playing or watching hockey, or hanging out with his cat!

Daniel

Instructor
Daniel has always had a passion for math and has been helping students succeed for years. In his spare time he like to play, make, and modify video games. Something people might not know about him? His favorite color is fuchsia! And Daniel's favorite movie is 'Shawshank Redemption'.

Christina

Instructor
Christina is going into her senior year at Mountain Ridge High School. She enjoys spending her free time reading philosophy books. Something on her bucket list? To go scuba diving! Fun fact? She was born in Japan.

Muraad

Instructor
Muraad is a junior at Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix. He loves learning and teaching math, and has experience in tutoring kids as well. He is a former Mathnasium student, too! In his free time, Muraad likes to play basketball, pickleball, play video games, and resell sneakers. Fun fact? His favorite destination in the world is London!

Alix

Instructor
Alix is going to be a senior at Shadow Mountain High School in the fall of 2024. She is also a volleyball player both at school and for a club team! She really enjoys math and hopes to study it in some form in college!

Micaela

Instructor
Michaela is a senior at Chaparral High School. She plays flag football at school and enjoys going to the gym. She also enjoys studying French!

Ryan

Instructor
Ryan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a Bachelors in Engineering and a minor in mathematics. While there, Ryan was on the football team and developed a passion for writing short stories. In his spare time he likes playing basketball and writing. Fun fact, he's also a published author.

Our Mathnasium Mission
