Our staff is built to teach each student individually, to develop the skills they need to thrive in mathematics, and to foster a love of learning.


Thomas was born in Texas and moved to New Hampshire in 2008, and is in a family of seven. He is currently studying Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University. He enjoys live action roleplaying, reading, coding, and puzzling over math problems.


Lisa has been teaching at Mathnasium since 2014. After double-majoring in math and computer science in college, she went on to earn a master's degree in social psychology and spent some time teaching statistics classes at UNH in Manchester. She loves helping students of all ages stay curious and gain math confidence.


Kayleen is a 2016 graduate of Southern New Hampshire University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She also recently earned her Master’s Degree in STEM Leadership. For the past 7 years she has taught in the upper elementary grades, and she has always had a passion for teaching mathematics to all skill levels. Kayleen also enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling.


Abhay has been in STEM and Information Technology professions since 1990. After completing his engineering and masters, he had the opportunity to practice his numerical and analytical skills in his professional career. He was able to help his own children through their school years, using techniques at times different than what were explained in the text books. He firmly believes that it is important for students to understand the concepts first and solidify their foundations.


Susan is a senior at Trinity High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. Her passion for math is shown through her commitment to the Trinity math team and plans to major in it in college in 2024. Among the math team, Susan is the founder of her school’s chess and book club, as well as involved in Multicultural Club, Key Club, and other extracurriculars. She has been tutoring her classmates and underclassmen for the past year and is excited to help more people understand the wonders of mathematics.


Franco was born in Italy and emigrated to the US at the age of 10. Although English is his primary language, he is also fluent in Italian. He graduated from Boston University in 1987 with a major in Mathematics and moved to NH in 1989. With his affinity for math, this enabled him to pursue a career as an Actuary for the past 35 years. He has always enjoyed tutoring his kids with their math homework, but now since they are grown, he wishes to pass on his affinity of math to others. Franco is an avid trail runner, hiker and skier.


Richard has bachelor's degrees in physics and music, and works as an engineer designing military laser systems. He loves to teach, and has experience tutoring math and physics, coaching gymnastics, and teaching violin. In his spare time he enjoys playing in orchestras, hiking, skiing, and tinkering on engines.
