Hi my name is Sarah! I am currently working on my Bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in mathematics. My hobbies include creating art, taking my dog for walks, and playing board games with my friends. I am very passionate about math and love to see students share my passion.

I was a military child for most of my life and have been across the United States as well as Japan and Korea. I am also an amateur game developer and have been programming for nearly 8 years.

Rick & Amy McLaughlin

Center Owners Since 2008

Rick and Amy McLaughlin started Mathnasium of Northside San Antonio in 2008. They both share a passion for education and helping students succeed in school and life. Amy is an NISD Elementary School Teacher and Rick is in Mortgage Lending. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family and being involved in the community and their church, Outer West Community Church in Alamo Ranch.

Our Mathnasium Mission

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
