Eric graduated from Penn State with a degree in physics, where math became second nature to him. He reads Ancient Greek and philosophy and as a Platonist has an additional perspective on the importance of math for the development of the mind. Eric has really enjoyed learning the Mathnasium Method of teaching and putting it into action. He enjoys working with kids and seeing an understanding of math flash in their eyes!
With many years of teaching experience in MCPS public schools, Rovena is a most sought teacher by our students. Her versatile teaching style complements the Mathnasium method of customized teaching for understanding.
As a Mathematics Teacher in International High Schools, Tafesa has vast experience teaching Math to school aged students. While working in those schools, he not only taught math but also developed methods and materials to teach various math topics. With such diverse background, Tafese excels at helping students meet their academic and intellectual goals.
