Liz Fullmer

Assistant Center Director
Liz has been with Mathnasium since 2020. She grew up in Ogden but now resides in West Jordan. She recently graduated from BYU with a degree in chemical engineering. Liz has always had a passion for math; so much so, her nickname growing up was Mathy. She joined the Mathnasium team with the goal to spread that love of math to others. Liz is also married with 2 kids, Freddy and Penny. She enjoys baking, crafting, and going on adventures with her family.

Camil Rowan

Lead Instructor
Camil is a student at the University of Utah and has been with Mathnasium since 2020. She recently graduated from Itineris Early College High School where she completed her Associates Degree. When she isn't working or studying, she enjoys archery and participating in archery competitions. She is a former karate instructor and loves to help kids learn, whether its karate or math! She also loves to travel and hopes to start traveling to more places soon.

Abby Kemp

Instructor
Abby is a student at Brigham Young University and plans to double major in computer science and computer animation. She graduated from Copper Hills High School as the Mathematics Sterling Scholar and ranked 1st in her class. She likes LEGO, Star Wars, animals, dancing, and singing and playing the electric guitar in her alternative rock bands.

Tabitha Ricks

Instructor
Tabitha was born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She has always loved math and earned a 5 on the AP Calculus exam. She has been married for 23 years and has two children, a 19 year old boy and a 15 year old girl. She and her husband have homeschooled them until high school, when they added some public school classes. She has played the violin for 34 years and teaches private violin lessons. She also works for the Intermountain Suzuki String Institute, where she gives practice help to parents, writes grants, and acts as the registrar and chamber music assistant. Besides helping children develop a love of learning, she enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, tatting, and gardening.

Peter Shadel

Instructor
Peter is currently a junior at Taylorsville High School. Math has always been his favorite subject. He took AP Calculus in 10th grade and is continuing on an advanced math path. He loves solving Rubik's cubes, playing chess, and playing his viola.
