I have taken math up to AP Statistics and AP Calculus in high school. In college, I got my degree in elementary education, so I mostly took math classes geared toward teaching math. I love singing and was a choir nerd in high school. I also did a dental assisting program. Before Mathnasium, I worked as a third grade teacher for 5 years. I love to spend time with my husband, daughter, and 2 dogs. I enjoy baking, being outdoors, and watching movies!
Fun Fact: I think trying new recipes is so fun, especially desserts. I make a great tres leches cake!
Favorite Number, Why?: 21 because it's the date I was born, and it feels lucky!
Education: I went to Utah Valley University and graduated in 2020 with a B.S. in elementary education.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I love learning and helping kids develop their love of learning! I love to see their "lightbulb" moments when things make sense and their confidence grows.
I have taken math classes through Calculus 1, in addition to Statistics. I also took Math 4010 and Math 4020 which specializes in learning how to teach the foundational math concepts. I have played several sports throughout my lifetime but Tennis is the one I continued with through College. In high school I won state all 4 years and then I went on to play D1 tennis at the University of Utah. My senior season I was named PAC 12 Scholar Athlete of the Year! In college I worked at Mathnasium as an instructor where I fell in love with teaching math. I then graduated and went on to teach 7th-9th grade math for 2 years. I missed the Mathnasium environment and was very excited to have an opportunity to come back! I love playing pickleball, hanging out with my family and baking cakes.

Favorite Number, Why?: 4. It has always been my lucky jersey number.
Education: I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Elementary Education and another degree in Child Development. I also have a minor degree in Sociology.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I love working at Mathnasium because our curriculum and processes give every student a chance to be their very best selves. We create an environment that encourages learning while having fun. I love seeing the growth of all our students and seeing the confidence that comes from the individualized instruction.
Kassidy earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from BYU, where she was also a TA in the math department and a team captain on the Women’s Soccer Team. She’s been helping students at Mathnasium since 2013 and is passionate about making math fun and meaningful.
Whether coaching soccer or leading school Math Nights, Kassidy loves engaging kids and building their confidence. She lives in Utah with her husband, two kids, and two energetic dogs. Fun fact: she's in a YouTube video with over six million views!
Reed holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from BYU and an MBA from Boise State. With over 25 years in the tech industry, including leadership roles at HP and Iomega, he later founded a successful software company and helped expand engineering education funding across Utah.
Reed is passionate about preparing students for math-driven careers. His favorite part of Mathnasium is helping kids connect real-world skills to what they learn in the center. Fun fact: a middle school shop project making a DC motor inspired him to become an engineer.
Clint holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and spent 16+ years in marketing and advertising before joining Mathnasium. He brings a unique blend of technical and creative insight to his work, helping students succeed.
A proud dad of three, Clint loves hiking, skiing, and cheering on Utah football. Fun fact: he once summited Mount Kilimanjaro at 19,341 feet high! His favorite part of Mathnasium? Watching students gain life-changing confidence as they realize they can do math.
Fun fact: I've helped fly a plane.

Education: I just graduated Woods Cross High School and am going to BYU this fall!
Why I love Mathnasium: I actually went to Mathnasium when I was younger and it really boosted my confidence in math! I like working at Mathnasium so that I can make that difference in other kids lives, just like my instructors helped me!
Fun fact: My favorite movie of all time is Inception

Education: I’m at Freedom Preparatory Academy, working through sophomore year, and I plan to major in astrophysics when I go to college!
Why I love Mathnasium: Everyone is an equally important part of the team, and every instructor both gives and is given mutual respect, which is the most important reason why I’ve enjoyed beginning my job with Mathnasium.
I have taken Calc 1, 2, and Statistics! I was a dancer for 15 years and trained in ballet, hip hop, tap, jazz, and contemporary. In high school, I was the captain of my high school drill team for 3 years! I also took AP Spanish and earned my Seal of Biliteracy, and with some more practice, I now I speak Spanish fluently! I've tutored my friends and family with math, and have volunteered in elementary schools! I like to dance, play piano, do high fit, and watch movies!
Fun Fact: I've pet an elephant before!

Education: I am currently a sophomore at BYU and I'm studying math education.

I’ve taken many math classes. In high school, everything from algebra to calculus. In college, linear algebra, multivariable calculus and differential equations. I have programmed the games PAC-Man and Snake. I also having patent pending on a computer vision program. I enjoy playing video, board and card games. I will also talk about space to anyone who will listen.
Fun Fact: I’ve beat 12 out of 13 escape rooms I’ve been to.

Education: I graduated BYU with a degree in electrical engineering and a minor in mathematics. I am currently working on my masters in computer science at University of Colorado Boulder.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I love math and I love teaching math. I want everyone to love math. I know that’s not possible but I hope I can help people learn it!
I have taken high school math classes ranging from Geometry to BC Calculus. At a college level, I have taken Calculus I and Math 290. Math 290 is a proofs class and introduces advanced college mathematics building on a foundation of set theory. I am also currently taking Stat 121, an introductory statistics class, Stat 274, a financial mathematics class, and Calculus II. I am a member of the National Honors Society and received distinction as a South Carolina Junior Scholar, District Five Board of Trustees Honoree, and AP Scholar with Distinction. I currently participate in the BYU math and stats department and with service clubs on campus, including an Adopt a Grandparent program. I am a soccer referee as well where I had the opportunity to work with youth in a recreational setting. This helped me gain a love for working and helping youth to grow and develop. Playing guitar is my favorite past time and anything music-related is a passion of mine. You'll also find me enjoying a good book and good food!

Favorite Number, Why?: 7 is my favorite number because it has a sharp modern look to it. It also is a fun prime to work with!
Education: I graduated from Spring Hill High School in Chapin, South Carolina. I am currently studying mathematics at Brigham Young University and plan to graduate in 2029.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I love helping others to see the beauty and fun of math! It is a beautiful subject that has applications to every part of our lives. With an increased understanding of math, we can live a more full life as we see the world through numbers as well as through other subjects.
