Elizabeth brings both insight and heart to her role as Director of Operations at Mathnasium. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and uses her understanding of how children think and learn to support effective instruction and team development across centers.
As a proud mom of two boys, Elizabeth knows firsthand the value of confidence-building education. Whether managing operations or creating a positive learning environment, she believes in the power of patience, encouragement, and a well-timed snack.
Laura holds a BS in Business from Wake Forest University and, alongside her husband Jonathan, opened their first Mathnasium center in 2014. A mother of three boys, she understands the importance families place on quality education.
Laura is passionate about creating a supportive environment where students feel confident learning math. She’s proud to help kids build lifelong skills that lead to academic success and greater self-assurance.
Jonathan earned his BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and an International MBA through joint programs at the University of South Carolina and Wirtschaftuniversität Wien in Austria. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance and a passion for developing strong math foundations.
A former lacrosse player and current youth coach, Jonathan sees math mastery as similar to athletic training—both require practice, patience, and encouragement. He enjoys supporting students and families on their academic journeys.
Jenny holds a degree in Math and Sociology from the University of Miami and has been part of the Mathnasium team since 2013. She’s passionate about helping students develop critical thinking and discover their own unique problem-solving approaches.
Jenny believes there’s always more than one way to understand a concept and loves seeing students build confidence as they grow. Each day, she’s energized by the positive impact math can have on a child’s life.
