Domingo Perez

Lead Instructor

Domingo is the Lead Instructor at Mathnasium of Pico Rivera. He holds an associate's degree in Mathematics and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s in Mathematics at Cal State Long Beach. His two lifelong passions, math and art, shape the creative way he approaches instruction.

Domingo strives to make math approachable, especially for students who find it intimidating. He enjoys watching students transform frustration into confidence as they discover how fun and accessible math can be with the right support.

Anthony Arruda

Instructor

Anthony holds a B.S. and M.S. in Physics from Cal State Fullerton, with a minor in Mathematics. As a teaching associate in graduate school, he led physics labs and helped students understand challenging concepts through personalized support.

His interest in math and science began at an early age and eventually led to a passion for education. At Mathnasium, Anthony enjoys helping students experience that “aha” moment. Outside of work, he enjoys music, video games, reading, and solving Rubik’s cubes.

Our Mathnasium Mission

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.
