Benjamin earned his mathematics degree and teaching credential from California State University, Northridge with the goal of becoming a math teacher. After beginning his career in public education, he quickly realized the traditional classroom wasn't allowing him to teach the way he believed students deserved. Years later, while working at Mathnasium of East Vancouver, he discovered the Mathnasium Method and found exactly what he had been searching for: a place where students could learn at their own pace, build a strong foundation, and make meaningful progress.
That experience inspired Benjamin to open Mathnasium of Queensbury. He believes every student can succeed in math when learning gaps are identified and addressed with patience, encouragement, and a personalized learning plan. His goal is to help students make lasting progress and gain the confidence that comes from truly understanding math.
Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.
