Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jodi has taught everything from 8th grade math to IB math studies. She is also a certified gifted instructor. Jodi loves helping students achieve “aha” moments and believes that with the right support, every child can succeed in math.
Lauren earned her degree from the University of Central Florida, specializing in Mathematics Education and Psychology. Her academic background includes advanced coursework in Calculus, Differential Equations, and Statistics.
Lauren has been with Mathnasium since 2011 and is passionate about showing students that math can be enjoyable, not intimidating. As Director of Training, she supports instructors and students alike, helping to foster an environment where learners build confidence, master skills, and discover the fun in math.
Janette is passionate about helping students build confidence in math and loves witnessing the moment when a concept finally clicks. She finds meaning in meeting students exactly where they are and believes that every child’s learning journey is unique. At Mathnasium, Janette values the individualized approach that allows each student to work toward their specific goals at their own pace. She also cherishes the strong relationships built with students, parents, and staff, creating a supportive and encouraging learning community.
Janette began her career in early childhood education, where she developed a strong foundation in nurturing children’s growth and development. She later transitioned into entrepreneurship, owning and operating a business that strengthened her leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Today, Janette brings this well-rounded experience to her role at Mathnasium, combining educational insight with strong leadership to support students and families.
