2. Sessions are strictly for one hour at a time. The one-hour sessions are as follows:

3. We cannot allow 1.5 hours or 2 blocks of 1 hour.
4. When booking a reservation, please do it 1 student at a time.
5. There is a maximum of 14 students for each time slot. The booking system will not register anyone beyond this number. We are maintaining a max number of 18 people in the center (students + instructors) to adhere to the recommended social distance.
6. Lastly, please note that waiting in the center is not allowed during this time. Please make sure you drop off and pick up your student on time.
These arrangements are all temporary and will take effect from March 16 (MON), 2020 up to April 03 (FRI) or until suspension of classes are lifted.
Here are the booking links for you:
( * ) @Home sessions booking are not available for those who have not advised us of their shift to this platform. Hybrid sessions (ie. in-center + @Home) within an enrollment is not possible. As earlier advised, @Home is just an interim service for now to address the CONV-19 crisis. Possible glitches in the system and connection is expected.
Lastly, during this challenging time. It will take all of us working together, staying healthy and protecting each other’s health, and being creative in finding solutions to the challenges posed. We thank you for your trust in our center. Rest assured that we are all working to assist your students in achieving their goals.
Sincerely,
Lucille Capule - Campbell
Center Director
