Lauren moved from California to Nevada in 2023 and quickly found a home at Mathnasium. She holds degrees in mathematics, anthropology, and liberal arts, and credits her success in math to the amazing teachers she’s had throughout her life. She believes that a strong math foundation is key to academic success and lifelong confidence.
As Center Director, Lauren is passionate about supporting students on their math journey and is deeply committed to the Mathnasium Method. Outside the center, she enjoys interior decorating, participating in Twitch streams, and spending time with her cat, Beans.

Hi, my name is Anthony. I have enjoyed mathematics and logic puzzles since I was a child. I have tutored mathematics for well over 3 years, at school and at Mathnasium. I am currently studying to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering at UNLV, after which I intend to pursue a Masters in Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. In my free time, I enjoy doing mathematics competitions, kickboxing, guitar, and programming.

Daniel moved from the Philippines to Las Vegas after spending time in California, bringing with him a growing love for teaching and a solid foundation in math. He enjoys helping students tackle new concepts and grow their confidence, one session at a time.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys watching anime, playing PC games, and exploring different music genres, including pop, K-pop, and hip-hop. He’s also an avid home cook—his sushi bake is a favorite among family and friends!
Hi, my name is Helena! I am currently a Computer Science student at my school; however, in college, I hope to pursue biomedical engineering! I began tutoring math as a student tutor at my school, tutoring Calculus and Algebra II students. In my free time, I enjoy baking, playing the cello, and drawing, as well as attending local small band shows with my friends!
Hi y'all! My name is Jacob. I have enjoyed doing math and many things related to math since I was a kid, which include tutoring and small math competitions. Jason Gonzalez is a Las Vegas local, born and raised in the Vally. He has a strong hold on subjects such as Algebra and Calculus, so much so that he’d had to always ask for next classes notes in advance so he could something in class. In his free time he enjoys programming, specializing in game development as his passion. In school he participates in the Technology Student Association, Future Business Leaders of America, and the Computer Science Honor Society.
Jason Z like math since his childhood. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a bachelor degree in engineering. He also graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a MBA degree. He likes to teach math to kids. He has been working in Mathnasium Rhodes Ranch for four years. In his spare time, he likes playing bridge.

Zoie is a nursing student with a passion for math. She enjoys helping others with their education, and hopes to make the journey easier. Before moving to Las Vegas in 2017, she was born in the Philippines and has lived in Singapore for 8 years. Other than work and school, her hobbies include drawing, playing video games, and crocheting.
Brandon Meyers is a Center Director at Mathnasium and is an almost lifelong Las Vegas resident, having grown up in the Las Vegas Valley since middle school.
Prior to joining Mathnasium, Brandon spent 10 years in management roles, where he developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that he now brings into his work with students, families, and staff.
Brandon is very family-oriented and is a proud father of three daughters. He values building strong relationships with students and families and creating a supportive learning environment where students can grow in confidence and skill.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games.
Dan holds a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Accounting from Hofstra University. He began his career as a CPA at Price Waterhouse and later built businesses in real estate and executive recruiting.
With over 20 years of experience tutoring and mentoring students, Dan brings a deep passion for education. As CEO and Owner, he is committed to helping children in Las Vegas develop strong math skills, boost academic confidence, and thrive in a positive, engaging learning environment.
Laurie earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA and built a successful career with Fortune 500 tech companies, including IBM, SAP, and MicroStrategy. Inspired by her father’s work as a special education teacher, she brings a lifelong passion for helping children succeed.
As Vice President and Co-Owner, Laurie focuses on building student confidence and understanding through math. She also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), supporting the needs of children in foster care and making a meaningful impact both inside and outside the classroom.
