Every year around this time we hold raffles for existing and new customers to give away school supplies. While there is still no definite answer how the school year is going to start in Miami, one thing is for sure - distance learning will be part of the process for some time. For that reason we decided this year's raffle to be a laptop for one of our new students enrolling with us before the start of the school year. How to get in the raffle - enroll a student in our 6-month program before Aug. 8 and that student's name will be automatically entered into the raffle. We will pull the winner's name on Monday 8/10.
Academic knowledge regress is a fact from last school year that has been acknowledged by teachers,school superintendants, and parents alike. Why wait for the end of first 9 weeks grading period to see that your child might be in a need of help. At that point students are already so far behind that they will be trying to catch up for the rest of the school year. That affects not only their grades but confidence and self-esteem.
