Michelle is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Riverside. She earned an Honors Bachelor of Science and a Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. After starting her career as a community pharmacist, she transitioned into operations management for a major pharmacy chain before pursuing her passion for math education.
At Mathnasium, Michelle is committed to helping students build confidence and develop a love for math. She believes that when math makes sense, students leap ahead. Her goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where every student can succeed.
Alex is an instructor at Mathnasium of Riverside. She holds a bachelor's degree in pure mathematics and is currently pursuing a dual graduate program to earn her master's in math education and a single-subject teaching credential. Her goal is to become a high school math teacher in 2025.
Alex understands that learning math can be challenging, even for those who love it. She embraces mistakes as stepping stones to success and encourages students to develop confidence through growth. She enjoys helping students find joy in math and believes that with the right tools and guidance, anyone can thrive.
