I grew up in Northwest Indiana and then attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, where I received a degree in math education. I taught high school math subjects from Pre-Algebra to AP Calculus AB at several Christian schools of various sizes as I moved around as a Navy wife. I had two breaks when we were stationed in Italy and the Azores. Now I have retired after fifty years of teaching. Mathnasium is a perfect place to give me the opportunity to still interact with both students and math. I enjoy baking, crocheting, walking, traveling, and exploring lighthouses.

Lisa spent 25 years serving in the United States Air Force and traveled around the world. Lisa has always loved math and was an active member of the Math Club in high school. She continued her love of math while in college taking many upper level math classes to include statistics. In her free time, she loves hanging with her kids and building Legos. Favorite Number: 25 because it is her lucky number. Favorite Math Joke: How are a dollar and the moon similar?
