Avoid the Summer Slide with Mathnasium's Summer Program

Did you know that kids can actually lose math skills while school is out? Studies have shown that students can regress by up to two and a half months over the summer — a phenomenon known as “the summer slide.” Avoid the summer slide by having Mathnasium customize a program for your student to learn at the center, but also participate in the STEM based project! We prevent the summer slide, give kids an edge for the next school year, and we make it fun!

Our Summer Membership Includes:

Customized Power Math Programs: We’ll help you choose the Summer Power Math Program that’s right for your child: fractions, multiplication, problem solving, algebra readiness, geometry readiness, and more.

Flexible Scheduling: Schedule your student's session online or in the center on the days and hours convenient for you! We’ll work with your vacation schedule. Mathnasium is open Monday - Thursday (2-7pm) & Sunday (1-6pm).

STEM Hour: All Mathnasium students are invited to join us for 1 Hour of STEM from 2-3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will be no instruction during this time, just all the STEM based projects / games your student can handle for an hour with our amazing instructors.

STEM Hour activities include:

BRAINSTORMING and brainstorming games.
CREATIVE thinking and creative thinking games.
CRITICAL thinking and critical thinking games.
TEAM building acitivities and games.
