It’s Holiday Time at Mathnasium of Rochester North!

Q: How does your Center/re show festive spirit?

A: To show a festive spirit, we have been setting up Holiday decorations around the center. One thing our students have enjoyed is their custom-named ornaments placed on our tree. It has been so fun to watch each student come in and see themselves represented on our Christmas tree. Additionally, students spent time decorating snowflakes that we have displayed around the center.

Q: What’s your favorite holiday tradition?

A: Sugi enjoys celebrating Diwali with his family while Alex bakes Christmas cookies with his family. Gabby enjoys getting together with family on Christmas day at her grandparents' home.

Q: What does your family like to eat during the holidays?

A: During the holidays, Sugi enjoys eating ladoos and gulag jamuns. Alex sits by the fire eating freshly-baked Christmas cookies with his family while Gabby enjoys her grandma's homemade bread.
