Nathan is a freshman in the Honors College at Oakland University, where he is pursuing a degree in actuarial science. He brings a thoughtful, patient presence to Mathnasium and enjoys helping students grow both in skill and confidence.
In his free time, Nathan plays the flute and trombone and loves board games. His favorite part of Mathnasium is the relaxed and supportive environment where he can connect with students and make math more approachable.
Aaron attends an International Baccalaureate high school and plans to study computer science in college. He brings energy and enthusiasm to Mathnasium and enjoys helping students explore new ways of thinking about math.
Outside of school and work, Aaron dances competitively on a Bollywood-style team. At Mathnasium, he loves seeing students express their creativity and unique thought processes as they approach new challenges.
Brandon is enrolled in the early college program at Oakland Community College and is working toward a degree in mechanical engineering. He enjoys teaching and finds it incredibly rewarding to help students build confidence in math.
When he’s not studying or instructing, Brandon enjoys powerlifting, martial arts, and performing in theatre. He brings a well-rounded and supportive approach to each student interaction at Mathnasium.
Nicholas has a bachelor's in biochemistry and cyber security. He enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with his family. He is excited about working at Mathnasium because it will allow him to meet new people and positively impact students' learning journey.
Gwendolyn is in her first year at OCC hoping to go into physical science. She likes to read and play video games in her free time, and her favorite part of working here at Mathnasium is getting to refresh and practice her math!
Jenny is currently a student at an IB school in the class of 2026, she’s very interested in architecture and is hoping to pursue a career in it. She hopes to make it into an Ivy league college to continue her education. Jenny loves being active and especially loves to participate in tennis and swim. Jenny’s favorite thing about working at Mathnasium is how fun the kids are and getting to see all their individual personalities!
