About Me:

Thomas is attending Montgomery College where he is pursuing a degree in mathematica and Physics. He hopes to transfer to the UMD after he graduates. Outside of tutoring, Thomas enjoys rock climbing, art, and sailing. He hopes to one day go sail across the Pacific ocean.

My favorite number is i, because it's not real.

What did x square say when x to the fourth asked if he was religious?

Alex Sobey-Strick

About Me:

Alex graduated from Franklin & Marshall College where he studied Physics and Applied Math. He is from Silver Spring, MD, and is a huge DC sports fan! (Except Football…Go Ravens!!!) 

What is your favorite number?

My favorite number is 895 because it is the number of goals that Alex Ovechkin scored to beet the all time NHL record!

Who is the best knight of the round table?...(Sir) Circumference

Faruk Polania

About Me:

Faruk is attending Montgomery College where he is pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He hopes to transfer to the to the University of Maryland to complete his four-year degree. Then, he wants at some time to work with NASA after he graduates. His whole life, Faruk lived in Colombia, but he wanted a change.

My favorite number is the 10 because it’s an easy number to work with

What does 1/2 said to pi when the argue?...Why can’t you be rational?
