Isabela is a dedicated educator with a strong passion for mathematics. Currently pursuing her studies at Wellington High School, she enjoys using her knowledge to help students build their confidence and skills in math. Isabela finds great fulfillment in working at Mathnasium, as it allows her to make a positive impact in the community while nurturing a love for learning in young minds. She aspires to pursue a career in the medical field, where she hopes to continue helping others.
Michael graduated as valedictorian of Berean Christian School's Class of 2023 with a GPA of 4.32. He is now a sophomore at Florida Polytechnic University, working towards a degree in Computer Science. In his free time, he plays social deduction games and sudoku to stimulate his brain. He also is a bass singer for his school's choir and has an interest in music theory. While working at Mathnasium, he tries to understand his students and teach them in a way they can understand the material. As a problem-solver at heart, he realizes that there can be more than one way to solve a problem in real life so why not apply that to math too? He works here with the goal of furthering both his students's and his own knowledge in math.
Jana is a current Junior at Suncoast High School, interested in pursuing Biomedical Engineering following her school's Math, Science, and Engineering Program. In school, Jana strives to foster education through her commitment to leading academic competitions, encouraging fellow students to further their passion for learning at district, state, and national levels. In Mathnaisum, Jana extends these efforts to her community, guiding each student on their own unique journey to discover their love for math.
Jasmine, a High School Junior in the prestigious Suncoast Math, Science, and Engineering Program, has a passion for math. Working at Mathnasium, she finds a way to share that same passion for math to her students. She wants her students to feel the same love for math as she does. Not only does Jasmine connect with students in her work place, but she also connects with kids in her community. Volunteering at Connect Church, Jasmine connects with the students from the Sunday School. Jasmine is a leader who serves roles in various clubs at her school, but also serves in her city's Youth Council for the community.
Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.
