Avanta earned a B.S. in Marine Sciences from the University of Maine and continued her studies in informatics research and pedagogy at Stony Brook University. With 8 years of experience in education, she has conducted research on quantitative pedagogy to evaluate student scientific literacy. At Mathnasium, Avanta aims to apply her research and teaching experience to make learning more accessible and engaging for all students.
Angie holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany, where she received a full scholarship. Her early career included roles in Silicon Valley, where she worked in marketing, operations, and strategic consulting for software companies and startups.
In 2013, Angie opened Mathnasium of Santa Clara to pursue her passion for math education. She and her team are committed to helping students grow in skill, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning. Angie is proud to bring the Mathnasium Method to her community and to support students in reaching their full potential.
Jadelyn holds a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Cruz. Her love for math stems from the confidence that comes from mastering foundational skills and tackling complex problems.
As an experienced instructor, Jadelyn enjoys helping students overcome challenges and discover their potential in math. She finds joy in witnessing "aha" moments and is committed to fostering both confidence and academic success in every student.
Ezekiel joined Mathnasium in April 2024 and is currently a junior studying Mathematics in college. With nearly 10 years of tutoring and coaching experience, he loves helping students explore math in a fun and engaging way. Outside of math, Ezekiel enjoys coding, anime, reading, working out, cooking, video games, and comic books. His favorite part of Mathnasium is spending break time with students, drawing and playing games together.
Tiffany joined Mathnasium in March 2026 and brings a creative, student-centered approach to her work. Originally from Vietnam, she moved to California at a young age and is currently pursuing a degree in music composition and arrangement. With a strong passion for the arts, Tiffany sings, dances, and plays piano, and is always looking to expand her musical skills. At Mathnasium, Tiffany’s favorite part of her role is building relationships with students and families—encouraging growth, confidence, and a love of learning through meaningful interaction.
