Mathnasium is your neighborhood math-only learning center dedicated to providing children with the strong math foundations they need to succeed in school and in life. At Mathnasium, we're committed to offering students of all grade levels and all skill levels a comprehensive, customized learning journey in mathematics.
The journey begins with an in-depth assessment to pinpoint the unique learning gaps students may have encountered in the prior academic year and identify areas where students can advance. This crucial step helps us understand each student's individual needs, setting the stage for the personalized educational experience that follows.
Central to our approach is the development of a customized learning plan for each student, drawn from our proprietary curriculum—which is both expansive and flexible. This curriculum not only aligns with national standards but is also adaptable to cater to each student's specific learning requirements and their academic goals.
Our skilled tutors guide students through their customized plans with one-on-one support, offering clear explanations, practical problem-solving, and meaningful exploration of key mathematical concepts.
Throughout the term, we maintain a dynamic learning process, continuously monitoring each student's progress and making necessary adjustments to their learning plans. This ensures that the instruction remains relevant, challenging, and effective—addressing each learner's evolving needs while fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident and motivated to succeed.
The term concludes with a comprehensive post-assessment, which serves as a comparative tool to showcase the student's growth, achievements, and any areas for continued focus. This reflective evaluation highlights how the customized learning plan, paired with our robust curriculum and dedicated instruction, contributes to improved mathematical proficiency and confidence to embrace the mathematical challenges of their next grade level.
Session Information:
Initial session: Includes a written assessment, the results of which will be emailed to parents.
If the student is significantly behind, we will recommend them to attend an additional session per week at our center in Scotts Village.
Every student will be given an individualized learning plan (based on their assessment) and will work on it with Mathnasium trained instructors.

20 mins of homework time
Mathnasium has an integrated rewards program, and the stars/cards students earn can be redeemed for prizes. We find this helps ensure a motivating, rewarding, and fun experience for our students.
