Lydia is a proud UCSC graduate who discovered her love for teaching while working as a Mathnasium Instructor during college. After earning her degree, she chose to continue her journey with Mathnasium and stepped into the role of Center Director.
For nearly five years, Lydia has found purpose in helping students develop confidence and clarity in math. She is passionate about creating an environment where students feel empowered to grow, and she takes pride in celebrating every breakthrough moment along the way.

Leila is a Cabrillo College student with a lifelong love for working with children and helping them grow. Teaching has always been her passion, and she’s dedicated to making math a subject students feel good about--not one they dread. At Mathnasium, she focuses on helping students build genuine confidence and discover that math can be enjoyable, empowering, and even fun. Her goal is to continue changing students’ lives for the better by nurturing a lasting love for learning and a strong foundation in math.
