Vicki

Vicki is from Long Beach, CA, and graduated from Long Beach Polytechnic High School's PACE Program with high honors. She has earned her bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach, with a minor in Mathematics. Prior to joining Mathnasium, Vicki has over 10 years of experience in the education field working with students on an individual level, as both a Private Tutor and Center Manager in other Learning Centers. There's always been a passion for Vicki when it comes to working with youth, teaching, and education. She prides herself on her ability to teach Math to students of all ages and backgrounds until they are just as or even more enthusiastic about Math than before. With Mathnasium of Seal Beach, Vicki believes in helping students further develop their skills and enjoy learning math through positive experiences, with a sense of empowerment and success. After all, every student deserves a chance to learn math in a fun way that makes sense! In her free time, Vicki's hobbies don't stray too far away from critical thinking & problem-solving concepts, as she loves doing puzzles, building Legos, and completing model kits.
