More Than Math: How Our Rewards System Keeps Students Motivated
Wait a second…….. Mathnasium gives REWARDS to students?! Yes!!
Not only do we intrinsically motivate our students with the pride of improvement and a job well done, we also have a prize system for a little extra ‘somethin’ somethin.’’ As students complete pages, they earn stars on their Mathnasium Star Card™. Star cards can be turned in right away to earn a prize, or saved over time to earn even bigger/better toys, games, stuffies, and more! Deciding whether to spend or save cards promotes decision making/thinking ahead and allows students to see their hard work paying off in real time!
At Mathnasium of Simi Hills, we strive to make math enjoyable for all students. As learners put more effort and participation into their studies, they get rewarded with high test scores, prizes, and (most importantly) pride.
Come visit our center on Tapo Canyon Rd and see how we make math rewarding!
