Our Scheduling System Upgraded!

Hello Mathnasium Parents,

We are excited to announce that we will be switching to a new and improved online scheduling platform, Appointy M!

This online tool will allow you to schedule, cancel, reschedule, and view upcoming sessions for your child(ren) all within a single portal.

Please review the information below carefully to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family onto Appointy M.

Scheduling Transition

As we transition from our current scheduler to Appointy M, please take note of the following changes:

Starting from now, you can only book sessions in our current scheduler until October 15th, 2022. There will be no availability for dates following October 16th, 2022, as we are retiring our current scheduler on October 16th, 2022.

In the week of October 1st, you will receive login credentials for Appointy M, please set up your password then will be able to schedule sessions for October 16th, 2022 and onwards.

IMPORTANT: All appointments already booked on dates following October 15th, 2022 in our current scheduler will be re-booked by us in Appointy M. You do not need to take further action for your already booked appointments.
