My name is Tristan and I am the Center Director at Mathnasium of South Arlington. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2020 with a degree in Communications and Public Relations. I enjoy spending time with my tortoiseshell cat "Marcy". At Mathnasium, my goal is to create a supportive and safe learning environment where each student feels confident in their math ability. It is important to me that each student is given the care and support needed to build long term math success and reach their full potential.
A University of North Texas graduate with a degree in Psychology, I also hold a Texas Teaching Certification from Tarleton State University. As a Dallas/Fort Worth native, I began my career as a special education teacher specializing in reading and math at a high school level. This experience ignited my passion for working with children and families. For over 25 years, I've dedicated myself to the supplemental education field, assisting children and families, engaging with the community, collaborating with schools, and advocating for the highest quality education for our youth.
I am a mother of three, and in my free time, I enjoy reading, watching my youngest son play baseball, going to the movies, and catching up on shows with my two older children. I'm a lifelong learner with a deep love for animals and a commitment to personal and collective growth.
My name is Madison, I am an Assistant Center Director for the DFW 1 District. South Arlington is one of the centers I visit weekly, as well as the Keller and Irving locations. I have been with Mathnasium for over 3 years and started as an instructor back in 2021. I am a Mathematics Major at UT Arlington and plan on continuing my education to become a Mathematics Professor!
