Madison serves as the Assistant Center Director for the DFW 1 District and supports multiple locations, including South Arlington, Keller, and Irving. She began her Mathnasium journey as an instructor in 2021 and has since grown into a leadership role through her dedication and enthusiasm for student success.
Currently studying Mathematics at UT Arlington, Madison plans to continue her education with the goal of becoming a Mathematics Professor. She brings passion and purpose to her role, helping students build confidence and master new skills while also mentoring fellow instructors across the district.
Jodi brings more than 20 years of teaching experience to her role as Director of Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, as well as a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. She is also a certified gifted instructor.
Jodi has taught everything from 8th grade math to IB Math Studies. She loves seeing the moment a student understands a tough concept and believes that, with the right tools and support, every child can succeed in math.
Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree focused on Mathematics Education and Psychology. She has extensive knowledge in College Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics I & II. Her passion for math education began early in high school and only grew through college.
Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has been dedicated to helping students find joy and confidence in math. She believes learning should be both challenging and enjoyable and is committed to showing students that math doesn’t have to be scary—it can be exciting and empowering.
