Krista Adams

Owner/Operator

Krista graduated from East Carolina University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She has 30+ years of experience working with children in the classroom as well as private tutoring. In 2001, she earned National Board Certification, which measures a teacher's practice against high and rigorous standards through an extensive series of performance-based assessments. Krista opened Mathnasium South Charlotte in September of 2006. She is still very active and visible in the daily operations of the center. Krista understands the unique challenges facing today's teachers and students in the area of math instruction. She looks forward to providing an individualized program to each student that is thought-based, promotes problem solving/critical thinking and produces results.

Isabel Roley

Center Director

Isabel graduated from East Carolina University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She completed the rigorous Center Director training with the Mathnasium Corporate Office (based in California) and is the full-time Director with Mathnasium South Charlotte. Isabel has 8 years experience in the customer service industry. She decided to pursue Business/Accounting because of her love of math. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and helping students on an individual level.

Grace Rink

Lead Instructor

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at UNC Charlotte. She is excited to merge her love for mathematics with her understanding of child development. Grace believes in the importance of fostering a growth mindset, strong foundational skills, proficiency, confidence, and resilience in students.
