Q: What did you notice about your center/re the first time you came in?
Employee Answer: I remember seeing the students and instructors having meaningful conversations about math, which was really valuable to see as a prospective instructor.
Q: What is your favorite memory at your center/re?
Employee Answer: There is a student who is precocious for his age in his math skills. We were working on the number machine pages, and seeing the ideas whirl in his head and for him to be able to understand order of operations at 10 was awesome! Q: What time of year is the most fun at your center/re?
Employee Answer: I have been with our center since August so I have not seen a full year yet. But I really enjoyed Halloween as I worked that Tuesday. I enjoyed being able to give the kids their first trick or treat candy, and talking to them about their Halloween plans.
