CJ is the Center Director at Mathnasium and a lifelong math enthusiast. After completing Calculus at the University of North Georgia, his passion for math deepened, inspiring him to share that excitement with students.
Previously a Center Director for Karate Atlanta, CJ brings experience in leadership, discipline, and mentorship. He believes math teaches valuable logic skills that enhance all areas of life. When he’s not at Mathnasium, CJ enjoys playing board, card, and video games with friends and family.
Jodi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. With over 20 years of experience teaching Grades 8 through IB Math Studies, she is also a certified gifted instructor.
She loves witnessing the “lightbulb moment” when students grasp challenging concepts and believes every child can succeed with the right tools and support. Her passion for math education helps students build confidence and a lifelong appreciation for learning.
Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Mathematics Education and Psychology. Her coursework includes College Algebra through Calculus III, Differential Equations, and Statistics I & II.
She discovered her love for math education early in high school and believes math should challenge and inspire rather than frustrate students. Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has enjoyed mentoring students and instructors alike, helping each one develop a love for math that goes beyond the classroom.
