Karishma is the Center Director at Mathnasium of South Forsyth. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Her journey with Mathnasium began as a high school student, later returning as an instructor in 2015 and quickly advancing to lead instructor.
Karishma enjoys connecting with students and celebrating their academic progress. She is a passionate fan of Atlanta sports and loves attending games in her free time. Karishma and her team are committed to helping students build math skills and confidence through engaging, personalized instruction.
Jodi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. With over 20 years of experience teaching Grades 8 through IB Math Studies, she is also a certified gifted instructor.
She loves witnessing the “lightbulb moment” when students grasp challenging concepts and believes every child can succeed with the right tools and support. Her passion for math education helps students build confidence and a lifelong appreciation for learning.
Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Mathematics Education and Psychology. Her coursework includes College Algebra through Calculus III, Differential Equations, and Statistics I & II.
She discovered her love for math education early in high school and believes math should challenge and inspire rather than frustrate students. Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has enjoyed mentoring students and instructors alike, helping each one develop a love for math that goes beyond the classroom.
Parrish began his journey at Mathnasium as an instructor and has grown through every level of the center to become Associate Center Director. Having worked in each role, he brings a deep understanding of both the student experience and the systems that support meaningful progress.
