Here’s a peek at what makes February 2026 extra special at Mathnasium of South Hill:
We kick off the month with Origami Heart activities, where students practice focus, following directions, and problem-solving—skills that directly support mathematical thinking. It’s creativity with a purpose!
Our Happy Hearts board game days bring strategy, counting, and critical thinking to the table. Students don’t even realize how much math they’re using—because they’re having too much fun.
Sprinkled throughout the month are special Star Days, when students can earn bonus stars just for showing up and giving their best effort. Consistency matters, and we love celebrating it!
Mid-month, students can create Friendship Bracelets, reinforcing patience, patterns, and sequencing—all while building community and confidence.
We wrap up February with everyone’s favorite: Wheel of Fortune days! Students can spin to win prizes, making hard work and progress feel extra rewarding.
