Hello, my name is Sarah. I am excited to be a part of this journey, starting with our South Hill center from the beginning! I am a parent as well as a graduate of Pierce College. I have had a passion for working with children from a young age. My goal is to give the children in my community the tools and confidence they need to succeed!
Hello, my name is Stephanie. I am currently half way through earning my BA in Elementary Education and Special Education. I have worked as a SPED Paraeducator in Puyallup for the last 6 years. I like to spend time with my family and animals in my spare time.
I began tutoring in college when I started helping local high school students with algebra and physics. Since then, I have worked with students from preschool through college in reading, writing, math, and study skills, but tutoring math is my favorite. I believe that anyone can learn anything if given the right tools and motivations. When I am not working I like to read, obsess over my favorite TV shows, make home improvements, and I am trying to teach myself how to cook and play the bagpipes (not simultaneously).
