Luke Schriewer
Center Director
Luke Schriewer studied physics and mathematics at the University of Tulsa with a pre-med emphasis. He grew up near St. Louis, where he balanced academics with soccer, band, and athletics.
Luke discovered a love for teaching through Mathnasium and enjoys guiding students to those rewarding “aha” moments. He believes math becomes exciting when solutions click. Outside of the center, Luke enjoys soccer, cycling, board games, and learning new topics simply for fun.
Katie McInnis
Assistant Center Director
Katie McInnis holds a master’s degree in Communications from Northeastern State University and previously served as a speech tutoring coordinator during her graduate studies.
Katie discovered a passion for tutoring through mentoring students and has always enjoyed geometry, trigonometry, and number puzzles. She brings strong communication skills and enthusiasm to Mathnasium. Outside of work, Katie enjoys watching baseball, playing video games, and visiting national parks with her husband.
Rex Schoolcraft
Regional Director
Rex Schoolcraft holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Wyoming. He began his career as a high school math teacher.
Rex was drawn to Mathnasium because the curriculum aligns with how he thinks about mathematics and allows him to impact thousands of students. He enjoys helping children develop confidence through understanding. Outside of Mathnasium, Rex enjoys reading, playing guitar, simulation games, and spending time with his dog.
Jeff McCabe
President
Jeff McCabe earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from James Madison University and later completed a master’s degree in Education from George Mason University. He spent ten years teaching math at the high school and college levels.
Jeff later transitioned into leadership roles in operations and training before returning to his passion for math education at Mathnasium. He enjoys changing lives through math and, outside of work, spends time with his wife, their dogs, and visiting their adult children.
James Temple
CEO
James Temple earned a degree in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and developed a strong love for problem solving during his school years. He later served seven years in the United States Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer.
While in the Air Force, James began tutoring students and gained insight into the frustrations many children feel toward math. He later earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and remains committed to helping students overcome challenges through math education.
