Marianne earned her B.S. in Education from Southern Utah University and has been a dedicated educator for over 20 years. She has spent her career creating supportive and engaging classrooms where students thrive. She loved her time teaching math in middle school and junior high schools and is thrilled to be interacting with students again.
Outside the classroom, Marianne enjoys laughing with family and friends, staying active, and listening to Audible books. While she does love to be outdoors, she pretends to like long hikes for her husband’s sake.
Marianne is excited to be part of the Spanish Fork Mathnasium team and seeing all of the amazing students that come in each day. She loves working with each of them and believes that helping students overcome math challenges builds confidence that extends far beyond the classroom.
Fun Fact: I love playing ultimate frisbee
I have taken math classes through Calculus 1, in addition to Statistics. I also took Math 4010 and Math 4020 which specializes in learning how to teach the foundational math concepts. I have played several sports throughout my lifetime but Tennis is the one I continued with through College. In high school I won state all 4 years and then I went on to play D1 tennis at the University of Utah. My senior season I was named PAC 12 Scholar Athlete of the Year! In college I worked at Mathnasium as an instructor where I fell in love with teaching math. I then graduated and went on to teach 7th-9th grade math for 2 years. I missed the Mathnasium environment and was very excited to have an opportunity to come back! I love playing pickleball, hanging out with my family and baking cakes.
Fun Fact: I have 3 kids
Favorite Number, Why?: 4. It has always been my lucky jersey number.
Education: I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Elementary Education and another degree in Child Development. I also have a minor degree in Sociology.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I love working at Mathnasium because our curriculum and processes give every student a chance to be their very best selves. We create an environment that encourages learning while having fun. I love seeing the growth of all our students and seeing the confidence that comes from the individualized instruction.
I have taken Secondary math ll & lll honors, math 1010 (intermediate algebra) and math 1050 (college algebra). I’m currently taking math 2010, which is math for elementary teachers. I graduated high school with high honors. I’m a part of future educators of UVU. I have had internships working at preschool and kindergartens teaching students. I love to bake/cook and I love animals.
Fun fact: I have 5 pets
Favorite Number: 6 because I was born on 666 ( june 6th 2006) so it’s always been my favorite number
Education: I graduated from Payson High School in may of 2024 and started my first year of college this august at UVU majoring in elementary education.
Why I love Mathnasium: I love working with kids and helping them learn and grow. I believe that everyone has the ability to do math they just need the confidence and motivation to do so!

I have taken Secondary Math 1, 2,3 AP Calculus AB, and IB Math Interpretations and Analysis, as well as Math 1020, and currently taking Math 1030 at BYU! In High School I was involved in HOSA, DECA, FBLA, NHS, as well as dancing, basketball, and golfing, I also graduated from High School as a CNA with the medical pathway program. I loved being apart of NHS and getting to volunteer at elementary and middle schools and getting to help kids improve their academics. I love to hike, read, golf, and be outside either on a boat or skiing!
Fun fact: A fun fact about me is I am very clumsy and have broken my wrist over 5 times.
Favorite Number: my favorite number is 24 because I would use it for any sport activities and my dad and grandpa grew up using it!
Education: I recently graduated from Hillcrest High School In South Salt Lake but have moved down to Provo Utah to attend Brigham Young University as a current freshman. I am a Psychology major hoping to be a pediatrician in the future.
Why I love Mathnasium: I love working at Mathnasium because as a fellow student, I have seen the improvement first hand instructors can provide. It is rewarding to see the dials turn in kids brain when they realize how fun math can be! There are so many ways to learn and it is so fun to learn them.
Fun fact: My Birthday March 14th which is Pie day. I think this is the only reason I like math.

Education: University of Arizona. MS in Economics, BS in Math. Graduated 2017
Why I love Mathnasium: I really enjoy working with students and helping them overcome their "fear of math". It is extremely rewarding to see their growth, both their skills and confidence, throughout the program.
I have taken in High school: math through AP Calculus AB and College: Math through Calculus 2 (BYU MATH 113), Linear Algebra (MATH 213), currently enrolled in Math for Engineers (MATH 302). I'm a member of the BYU Rocketry Club, within which I headed a 4-man team which designed and built a rocket that flew to 5900 feet. Academically, I have a 4.0 GPA at BYU and at age 16 got a 36 ACT and 1590 SAT. I've been building rockets since I was 12 years old. I began with the little Estes rockets they sell at Hobby Lobby, but they've gradually grown until in 2022 I got my high-power rocket certification, with which I set a personal altitude record of 3200 feet. Outside rockets, I enjoy playing instruments (I play piano, guitar, and am currently learning the organ), rock climbing, and reading.
Fun Fact: I grew up in 8 different houses in 6 different states.
Favorite Number, Why?: My favorite number is the gravitational constant, 6.6743 × 10^-11
Education: I'm a sophomore at BYU; I graduated high school in 2022, studied for a year at BYU, served as a missionary from 2023-2025, and now am back, studying mechanical engineering.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I enjoy sharing my passion for math with others and building their confidence and competence by helping them develop their math skills.
I have taken up to secondary honors 3 math, all honor classes. I am the Spanish Fork YCC Mayor Pro tem. I am SFHS’s HOSA President. I am in show choir. I play the violin as a first in chamber orchestra. I am in hyperion musical theatre. I love to cook and bake, hangout with friends, do nails, swim, and watch movies.
Fun Fact: I have flown a plane!
Favorite Number, Why?: 13, Because it was my basketball number as a kid. And I figured because no one else liked it, it must have extra luck.
Education: I go to school at Spanish Fork High School. I graduate in 2027.

Lexie hasn't gone a semester in her life without taking a math class! She's taken math through Calculus III as well as Linear Algebra. In college, she has been involved in BYU Women's Chorus, Society of Women in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Network of Women, and the Engineering Leadership Certificate Program. She also received an Outstanding Math Student award last semester. She has volunteered at various camps as a camp counselor, working with middle school and elementary aged students. She also loves to babysit and enjoyed her job as a nanny last summer. She loves to sing, play the piano, travel, and go hiking with her friends and family.
Fun Fact: I grew up in Nebraska.
Education: I graduated high school in 2024 and am a junior studying mechanical engineering at BYU.

Why I Like Mathnasium: I love Mathnasium because I love math! I've received so much help from teachers, tutors, and friends throughout the years and I love being able to pay it forward by helping other students learn and grow.
Kassidy earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from BYU in 2011. While there, she was an All-American and team captain on the women’s soccer team and worked as a TA in the math department. Kassidy has years of experience coaching youth sports and joined Mathnasium in 2013 to help students grow in confidence and skill.
She loves hosting Math Nights at local elementary schools where kids laugh and learn while doing math. Kassidy and her husband have two kids and two dogs. A fun fact? She’s featured in a YouTube video with over 6 million views.
Reed holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from BYU and an MBA from Boise State University. He spent over 25 years in executive roles at Hewlett Packard, Quantum, and Iomega before founding the tech company Matchbin (now Radiate Media). Reed has also served on Utah’s Governor’s Technology Initiative Advisory Board, supporting STEM education statewide.
Reed is passionate about preparing students for future success in math-intensive fields. A fun fact? His interest in engineering began with an 8th-grade shop project building a DC motor. At Mathnasium, he’s committed to helping students build lifelong confidence through math.
Clint earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah but spent the first 16 years of his career in marketing and advertising. He has helped companies grow across industries, from small startups to major agencies, and eventually brought that experience to Mathnasium.
Today, Clint finds joy in helping kids build confidence through math. He lives in Utah with his wife and three children and enjoys outdoor adventures like skiing, hiking, and canyoneering. A fun fact? Clint summited Mount Kilimanjaro, which stands at 19,341 feet!
