Lauren

Director of Training

Lauren earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, focusing on Math Education and Psychology. Her math expertise spans College Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics I & II. She first discovered her love for math education during high school and never looked back. 

Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has found joy in training instructors and watching students succeed. She believes math should be both challenging and enjoyable, not intimidating. Her mission is to help students replace frustration with confidence and curiosity. 

Randy

Center Director

Randy is the dedicated Center Director at Mathnasium of Spring, bringing a passion for helping students excel in math. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Central Florida and has mastered skills in Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and other advanced math courses. 

Randy discovered his love for teaching math after realizing how deeply math concepts are connected to everyday life. His goal is to help students appreciate the importance of math and develop the skills needed for success. He loves sharing his knowledge and watching students grow in confidence at Mathnasium. 

Amanda

Center Director

Amanda is the Spring Center Director. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Minor in Speech Communication. She has worked for over fifteen years in education, including standardized test preparation and medical school preparation textbooks and online learning resources. She enjoys getting to know the students and their families and working towards helping them achieve their goals. Outside of work, Amanda has three daughters and enjoys spending time with them.
