Sachin Gore

Hi, I'm Sachin! Welcome to Mathnasium of Stillwater, your neighborhood math learning center. I love teaching kids math because I feel math is such an important life skill and I know that many students find math to be frustrating and confusing. Using math to solve engineering and business problems was a key to my own success in my career. While math came relatively easy to me, my son struggled to "get" math and I struggled to teach it to him in a way that made sense until we discovered Mathnasium!

Josiah B

Lead Instructor
Hello, I’m Josiah! I live in Maplewood and am a musician. I have always had a passion for math and I took calculus when I was in college. Besides working at Mathnasium, I teach music lessons and am a part-time church music director. What I like about teaching math and music is seeing a child’s face light up as they start to really understand what we are teaching. Seeing students progress with their learning really makes me enjoy my job when you can see what a difference you make.

Carol S

Hi, I'm Carol. I have a bachelor's degree in math and have used that throughout my career as a financial consultant. I recently left that career and started tutoring students in math and science ACT before joining Mathnasium. I love math and teaching students, in hopes that they will love it too! I also enjoy tennis, drawing, and working out!

Dan G

Hi! I’m Dan and I am from River Falls, Wisconsin. I have a bachelor's degree in Geology. I have been working in education since 2005 and at Rutherford Elementary in Stillwater since 2015. At Rutherford I work mainly with 4th and 5th grade math classes. I've also been teaching at Mathnasium since 2016. Outside of teaching I have an abundance of interests. I am involved with the Pierce County Historical Association and have a major interest in local history. This passion has led me to write two local history books, while I am working on a third on Diamond Bluff, Wisconsin. I also collect and I'm an enthusiast of 1980s toys, music, and movies, comic books and Star Wars merchandise.

Our Mathnasium Mission

Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
