Lauren

Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Math Education and Psychology. Her academic background includes College Algebra through Calculus III, Differential Equations, and Statistics. She began working at Mathnasium in 2011 and quickly became a dedicated leader. 

Lauren believes math should be both challenging and fun—not frustrating or scary. She’s passionate about helping students succeed and is committed to supporting instructors through high-quality training. Her favorite part of the job is watching students grow in both skill and self-assurance.

Leigh Chandler

Leigh Chandler is a Gwinnett County native with a lifelong love of math, teaching, and helping students succeed. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Math Education from North Georgia College and State University and has extensive classroom experience teaching middle and high school math, from 6th-grade math through Pre-Calculus.

Leigh’s Mathnasium journey began in Ohio, where she spent three years progressing from Instructor to Assistant Center Director and ultimately Center Director. After moving back to Georgia, she continued working with Mathnasium before returning to the classroom. Her belief in the Mathnasium Method™ and the impact personalized instruction can have on students eventually brought her back to Mathnasium.

Leigh graduated from North Gwinnett High School and has strong ties to the local community. She loves working with students and helping them become more confident in math. In fact, she often says she wishes Mathnasium had been around when she was growing up so she could have worked ahead!

Outside of Mathnasium, Leigh enjoys reading, math puzzles and games, and spending time with her 15-year-old beagle. She is excited to be part of the Mathnasium team again and looks forward to helping students strengthen their skills, build confidence, and discover that math can actually be fun.
