Matt and Stefanie believe deeply in the Mathnasium mission and love giving back to their community through education. As parents of three daughters—all at different stages of school—they understand the value of strong math skills and the frustration that can come with learning challenges.
Matt brings 18 years of corporate finance experience and years of coaching youth sports, while Stefanie brings 16 years of marketing and a career in working with children as a photographer. They are proud to support local students through Mathnasium’s personalized, confidence-building approach to learning.

Bari is currently attending the McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. A graduate of The Frisch School's engineering track, she took a gap year in Israel before heading to college. As Matt’s daughter and favorite instructor (unofficially, of course), Bari holds honorary status on the team—even while away at school! She still joins Mathnasium online for regular shifts, continuing to bring her sharp mind, enthusiasm, and a love for teaching to our students.

I am excited to work at Mathnasium because I love helping others and want to make math easier and enjoyable for students.
Hello! My name is Nadia and my hobbies are reading and baking. I love math because it pushes me to be more curious and helps sharpen my problem solving abilities.
I'm currently a college freshman attending NJIT for Mechanical Engineering. My love for math stemmed from my AP Pre-Calc and AP Calc classes in high school where I learned more complicated aspects of mathematics which can be applied to real world problems in order to make a practical difference in society. I now work at Mathnasium to help other bright, young students develop a deeper appreciation and understanding for math as well.
Hi, I'm Ibraheem Ahmed. I am a sophomore at NJIT and am working towards a mechanical engineer degree. I love Legos, F1 and video games. I wanted to work at Mathnasium because I enjoy tutoring people in general and love when math makes sense.

My name is Sami and I'm currently attending The Frisch School as a Junior. I am in the school's Medical Science track to prepare for a career in nursing. Like many students, I have not always had a positive relationship with math, but I am now determined to help others excel in math with the Mathnasium way, like it has helped me as a former Mathnasium student.
I am a graduate of Howard University with a degree in Psychology. I love all things math so thought teaching math would be rewarding. I also really enjoy completing jigsaw and sudoku puzzles in my spare time.
