I have always been on the advanced track in math, taking AP Calculus AB in 9th grade and Differential Equations (a second year college course) my senior year of high school. Unsurprisingly, my major in college was Mathematics, where I took courses such as Numerical Methods and Complex Analysis. Along with math, one of my passions is teaching. Since I was a little kid, I have been helping my friends with their math homework simply because I enjoy the rewarding art of teaching. This progressed to me being a tutor in High School and College, and to me working at Mathnasium today. Outside of math and teaching, I love playing complex board games, video games, Magic: the Gathering, and watching anime.

I have worked in Mathnasium centers for 10 years. From center director to regional director to owner, it has been quite the journey. I am an absolute math enthusiast set on fixing math's imaging problem. Math CAN be fun! I help children arrive at their own understanding of math concepts and learn how to solve for answers rather than memorize 'math facts'. That is the first building block for a lifetime of 'Math Confidence'. My favorite things in the world is the sound of a student understanding a concept: OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH
