Titus Tjahjadi is the Center Director at Mathnasium of Upland. He earned his degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and began his Mathnasium journey as an instructor in 2007. Inspired by his own transformation with math, Titus is passionate about helping students gain confidence and succeed through caring guidance and the Mathnasium Method™.
Titus opened the Upland center to make math more accessible and fun for kids of all ages. In his free time, he enjoys martial arts, marathons, and spending time with his rescue pup, Retzell Cliff.
Aaron brings a strong STEM background and a love for teaching to his role at Mathnasium. With a fun and energetic approach, he helps students connect challenging concepts to real-world applications and build confidence step by step.
Whether tackling tricky problems or aiming for the stars, Aaron keeps learning engaging. He’s also known for being incredibly tall, so he's always ready to help students reach their academic goals and the top shelf!
Gloria enjoys showing students how math appears in everyday life, from nature to technology. Her goal is to help each child build confidence and discover the fun side of math through supportive and engaging lessons.
She’s a big fan of Snoopy, and her favorite color is green. Gloria brings a cheerful and encouraging presence to every session and works hard to make learning math a positive experience for all.
Mordecai is dedicated to making math approachable and fun. He focuses on creating an engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring new ideas and building their problem-solving skills.
When he’s not teaching, Mordecai enjoys playing sports like soccer and basketball or spending time outdoors. He brings that same energy and enthusiasm into every lesson, helping students grow in confidence and curiosity.
Natalie is a STEM college student with a strong passion for supporting students on their learning journey. She believes that math can be enjoyable and accessible with the right encouragement and thoughtful guidance.
Natalie enjoys helping students overcome math anxiety and take pride in their progress. Her supportive approach helps students develop a deep understanding of concepts while building lasting confidence in their abilities.
I’m a bold and passionate teacher who believes that learning should be as dynamic and inspiring as music. I’m always excited to connect with students and encourage them to ask questions—so don’t hesitate to ask me about anything! To me, teaching is more than just sharing knowledge; it’s about guiding each student on their unique learning journey. Life is a journey, and I’m here to help make every step meaningful and enjoyable.
