Jonathan graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Studies and Language & Linguistics. He has always had a passion for teaching and helping others, tutoring a variety of subjects privately over the years, whether it was his fellow peers or total strangers. He enjoys math and history most and is looking forward to the positive impact Mathnasium will have on students. In his free time, Jonathan likes to play video games and hang out with friends.
Kristin graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Her coworkers and friends call her Kat for short, a reference to her adoration for the same animal of her namesake. Kat enjoys working with students of all ages to help them fully understand concepts that they want to improve in, as she started as a private tutor for all subjects before finding a home at Mathnasium!
Sabah is currently majoring in aerospace engineering at Cal Poly Pomona and is pursuing a minor in astrophysics and materials engineering. Sabah has always enjoyed learning and teaching math from a young age because she loves working and communicating with numbers. Her dream is to work as an aerospace engineer in an astro-dominant field. Sabah is always up for a spontaneous adventure. In her free time, Sabah loves to spend time with family and friends, traveling, reading webtoons, and consuming dumplings (her favorite pastime). Working at Mathnasium has been one of the best decisions Sabah has made and she always looks forward to working with her coworkers and the students at Mathnasium.
Dana graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. She loves helping students overcome challenges in understanding math concepts by building on their strengths and addressing their weak points. Dana views math as an intriguing lens through which to perceive the world around us. Despite her academic background, Dana has a long-term interdisciplinary interest in pursuing a more biology-oriented career. In her free time, she engages in a variety of hobbies, including: table tennis, mycology, chess, traveling and exploring cuisines from diverse cultures, playing pool, and creating digital art.
